I suspect that you are interested in a New Guinea Impatiens. Many of it's cultivars have very dark green leaves. There are several cultivars with dainty pink flowers. Here is a link to a close up picture of a cultivar called "paradise light pink".

Reply:you could also be talking about a penstemon variety which has the burgundy leaves and a pale pink tubular flower. This will grow about 2- 3 ft. tall, the flowers grow higher than the leaves and are in a spike.
