I am looking for the name of a plant. It grows in a round bundle. Sometimes of the colour cream (white) or a light blue

Sounds like a Hydrangea. Look under "Flowering Shrubs".
Reply:Hydrangea, Just a note, the colour can be changed by soil conditions and by "planting" different types of metal near the roots(Iron will change the white to a pink or red and change the blue to a light purple)
